01 How is a private dining experience organised? +
To begin the process, we agree on the date, time, location, number of guests, menu and any additional services you may wish to include.
Every menu is created exclusively for each client, based on their needs, preferences and the occasion.
02 Can allergies or dietary requirements be accommodated? +
Absolutely. When creating your menu, it is important to let us know about your tastes, dietary preferences and any specific requirements.
Please inform us in advance of any allergies, intolerances or other dietary restrictions so they can be carefully considered during the planning and preparation of your menu.
03 Can I choose the wine for the dinner? +
You are welcome to choose the style, colour and variety of wine you prefer.
Wine selection can also be arranged in collaboration with the Chef and her partners, ensuring that the wine pairs harmoniously with the dishes on the menu.
If you prefer, you are also welcome to bring your own wine.
04 Are there additional services available for the dinner? +
You can enhance your private dining experience with additional services, tailored to the occasion and your personal preferences.
Pricing for additional services is discussed and agreed upon during the planning process.
05 How do I book a private dining experience and what is the deposit? +
Before the dinner is finalised, a consultation takes place to discuss all the necessary details and your personal preferences.
A 60% deposit of the agreed total is required to secure your private dining experience.
The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, as preparing the dinner involves ingredients, time and dedicated work from the team involved in delivering the experience.
06 How is the booking officially confirmed? +
For clear and secure communication, the final booking is confirmed via email.
Even if a phone call or an in-person meeting has already taken place, the final booking agreement should also be confirmed by email.
