Please read the following terms of cooperation carefully

In order for the private cheffing process to begin, an agreement must be made as to the day, the time, the place where the dinner will take place, the number of people, the menu, as well as any other service. Each menu is different for each customer and is created exclusively for him/her.

The customer must inform us exactly about the flavors he/she likes and about any allergies he/she may have.

As for the wine, the customer can choose the type, color and variety of wine that pleases him/her and that matches the rest of the menu. This will always be done in collaboration with the chef and her associates. The customer will also choose the number of wine bottles for his/her dinner. The customer is charged for the wine bottles and the price is the same as the retail sale price. Also, if the customer wishes, he/she can bring his/her own wine.

For the barman, music, cigar services, the fees are established after communication with the client.

A meeting will precede to discuss the above issues and the customer will have to prepay 60% of the amount to be agreed. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable as preparing a dinner requires materials, time and work of people (menu, service, cooks, dishes, cutlery, glasses and anything we use in a restaurant). Also in order for this dinner to take place, we have refused or postponed another.

In any case the reservation will be made via email for more secure communication. Even when there is telephone or live communication, the booking agreement should be sent via email to contact@akonstantopoulou.gr or adam.konstans@gmail.com.
