Adamantia Konstantopoulou was born and raised in Kalamata (Peloponnese, Messinia Province).
In 2007 she enrolled in the school of culinary arts, from which she graduated successfully. During her career she worked with big hotels and restaurants of the city and the region, as well as in Crete and Thessaloniki. One of the big hotels in her professional path was Costa Navarino, a luxury resort, labelled as one of the best resorts in the world. She had the honor and joy of working there since the resort began operations in 2010.
With many collaborations, different restaurants, new techniques, new creative as well as traditional dishes. Also, during her career, she worked as a culinary teacher in vocational training schools of the city. With her year-long experience in dining and ongoing learning and love for her work, she adds her personal touch and flavour to your plate.
